The cottage opens from the gardens to a 30' by 20' welcoming room

 -  with dining by the south facing bay window

 -  sofa and armchairs sit happily around the marble fireplace

 - 4-poster king bed enjoys the far end of the room

The bedroom, kitchen, hall and bathroom are in beautifully proportioned Georgian (1805) rooms.

  - bedroom, comfortably home to a double & 2 single beds, sofa,        table has wooden shutters to the windows

 - kitchen 2 fridges, a freezer and dishwasher, breakfast bar

 - bathroom has a corner bath and a shower

 - hallway  impressive high ceiling, chandeliers


With one bathroom, one bedroom and the 4-poster in the main room it would be best suited to a couple and up to 3 children.

Fast free WiFi, smart tv, dvd player, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, c/heating. Free well equipped laundry room nearby.
