Over the 35 years we have been welcoming holiday makers to our cottages, we have received very many thank you cards, letters, childrens' drawings, reviews and nowadays, emails. We cherish each one and keep them all.
Here are some of our more recent messages. This lovely email arrived this morning, sent after the family's 3rd stay.
"Thank you so very much for the wonderful time we had at the farm. The girls continue to talk about it and repeatedly say they miss the farm. It has made a huge impression on them. Thank you for all your hospitality and care in making our stay so lovely. We always feel so comfortable and welcomed.
It is a special place. Thank you for all the opportunities from feeding the animals, egg collecting and helping the chickens and ducks to bed in the evening :) to being able to go in and hold a guinea pig or rabbit. The girls learnt so much and grew in that time - getting a glimpse like this into being with and looking after our fellow creatures can't be learnt from a book. We loved every minute, and miss it. We had a fantastic time at Duck Cottage and can’t thank you and Laura enough for making us feel so very welcomed. Our 2 year old had a fabulous time with the animals, sit on tractors and pool. Just brilliant 🤩

"Adults coming to cycle the North - South Devon cycle path .. perfectly situated, short cycle from the Route 27/Tarka Trail. Good parking, safe for bikes.
